Return Policy

If you wish to return an item to Studio Chabella, we ask that you comply with the following conditions:
Deadline for Return: Items must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

Condition of Item: Returns must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

Exceptions to Returns: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns of jewelry (necklace, bracelet, rings and earrings), hats, swimwear, and undergarments.

Return of Items with Stains: Items with makeup stains, or other types of stains, will not be accepted as returns.

Foreign Objects: Returns must not contain any foreign objects. Items with unintended contents will not be accepted.

Sale: Items purchased in the sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Laundry Guarantee: We do not offer a laundry guarantee. Problems arising after washing the item are at the customer's own risk.

Return Costs: The cost of returning items is the customer's responsibility.

Return Form: Please fill out the return form completely and correctly. Incomplete or incorrectly completed forms may result in rejection of the return.

If you comply with the above rules, please send an email to info@studiochabella.com stating that you wish to make a return. Mention in this mail all your details, order number and which product(s) you want to return. We will create a return for you in our system and send the return form back to you the same day!

Refund: Upon approval of your return, we will issue a refund within 10 business days, and no later than 14 days. It usually takes 4-5 business days for the money to appear in the account used for the purchase. Exceptions may occur if the return does not comply with our policy.
