What are the return conditions?
Should we receive a return of an item that does not meet the return conditions below, unfortunately we cannot accept it.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The order must be returned in its original packaging.
The item must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. Labels must be attached to the item.
An item with makeup stains will not be returned.
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
There is no washing guarantee. Problems arising after washing are at your own responsibility.
Jewelry may not be returned for reasons of hygiene.
How do I create a return?

In this e-mail you describe your details, order number and which product(s) you wish to return.
We will create a return for you in our system. You will receive your return form the same day!
(You cannot return products without a return form, we do not accept these).
When will the money be back in my account?
Once your order has reached us it will be processed within 7 business days (Monday to Friday). When your order is processed you will receive a credit note. After receiving the credit note the amount will be on your account within 2 days.
If the amount is still not in your account after the above process, please contact info@studiochabella.com and include your order number and a picture of your shipping receipt.
To which account will the amount be refunded?
The amount will be refunded to the account the order was made with.
Is there also a physical store?
Studio Chabella is currently an online store only. Orders can only be placed via our website.
Did my order arrive to you?
When your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation from us within minutes. Always check your spam box. If you still have doubts, please contact us at info@studiochabella.com
Can I cancel my order after I order?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, you can cancel your order after receipt via our returns portal.
Can I change items in my order
It is not possible to change your order after placement. However, you can return items in our returns portal after receiving your items.
What are the delivery times?
If you place an order before 3 p.m. we will ship your package the same day!
For now, we only deliver with DHL. In the future you can choose where you want to ship your package with.
For now, the delivery time with DHL is 1-3 business days.
What countries do you ship orders to?
We ship to the following countries in Europe:
- Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
- France
- Luxembourg
What are the shipping costs?
Orders from €80 or higher will be delivered for free! Orders with a lower value will be subject to a delivery charge. Standard shipping costs are €6,95 for orders in the Netherlands. In other EU countries the shipping costs depend on your location. When ordering, enter your delivery address and your shipping costs will be calculated in the next step.
Who pays the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
What carriers can I use to get my order delivered?
For now, this can only be done with DHL. In the future, you will be able to choose your own delivery person for your package.
Where can I see the sizes of the items?
Sizes are always described in the description section of each product. It also states how tall the model is in the picture.
How do I keep my garments neat with washing?
We recommend that you wash our products no hotter than 30 degrees and preferably hand wash for some products. Also, wash brightly colored items separately from other items the first time.
Always read the label inside the garment before washing, some items are really only for hand washing!
Studio Chabella cannot be held responsible for washing your items incorrectly.
How do I keep my garments neat for the longest time?
We recommend that you wash our products no hotter than 30 degrees and preferably as a hand wash. Also, wash brightly colored items separately from other items the first time.
With knitted items, be careful not to get caught in anything. Does this happen? Then you can easily put the knitted items back inside so that the loop on the outside is no longer visible.
Also, always make sure the garment fits you well in terms of size. Items that are too tight can cause tears, for example. How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
At Studio Chabella we strive to offer the cutest garments but of course also of good quality. We choose our suppliers carefully and always check items upon arrival for any defects. We also check the garments again before an order is shipped.

In what currency will the payment be made?
Payments at Studio Chabella are made in euros.
My payment failed, what should I do?
If something goes wrong with your payment, you can check your bank statement to see if the amount has been debited. If the payment was successful, you can assume that the order has also gone through and with any luck you will receive it the next business day (except Sundays and holidays). If this is not the case, or if you want to double check, please contact our customer service team.
